Delivery Expectations
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. As a general guide:
- Europe & North America: 7–14 business days
- Middle East (UAE): 7–14 business days
- Australia: 10–21 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping rate charged at checkout.
